These terms cover your use of Jobworthy, run by Jobworthy. By using Jobworthy you agree to them.
What Jobworthy does
Jobworthy helps you evaluate jobs and prepare applications. Verdicts, scores, research and drafts are guidance generated with AI. They can be wrong. You decide what to apply for and what to send, and you are responsible for checking that everything you submit is accurate.
Your content
- You keep ownership of your CV, profile and everything you add. You give us permission to process it only to provide the service.
- Only add information you have the right to use, including contacts you import.
- Don't use Jobworthy to misrepresent your experience, to send spam, or to break the terms of job sites.
Accounts
You can use Jobworthy without an account; your work is tied to your browser until you sign in with your email. Keep access to your email secure, since it's how you sign in.
Plans and billing
- Free accounts have the allowances shown on the pricing page. Pro is billed in advance for the period you choose and renews until cancelled.
- Free trials convert to a paid plan unless you cancel before the trial ends.
- You can cancel anytime in Settings; you keep Pro until the end of the paid period.
- Refunds follow our refund policy.
- We may set fair-use limits to prevent abuse and will tell you if you reach one.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Dodo Payments. Dodo Payments is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: it sells Pro to you, collects the sales tax or VAT and issues your receipt. For refunds and cancellations, start with us and our refund policy.
Availability
We work to keep Jobworthy available and accurate but provide it “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, or for hiring decisions made by employers.
Changes
We may update these terms. If changes are significant, we'll tell you in the app or by email before they take effect.
